How soon will I get my order?
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of your order. Custom orders may require additional shipping time.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days and we will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price of the product. Items may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect. We do not accept returns due to normal wear and tear.

Sizing Information
Our bracelets are typically 7 inches in length and our necklaces are typically 20 inches in length unless otherwise noted. Our jewelry can be made to fit any size at no additional charge. You can determine your bracelet size by measuring the length around your wrist plus adding an additional inch. Delivery of jewelry may be delayed if specific sizes are requested.
